When you create an account or log in, we may collect:

• Authentication details (securely managed by Firebase)

We do not store your password directly.

b) Financial & Expense Data

The app stores data that you voluntarily enter, including:

• Categories, notes, and tags
• Budgets and savings information

This data belongs entirely to you.

c) Device & App Information

We may collect limited non-personal information such as:

• Device type and operating system
• App version
• Crash logs and performance diagnostics

4. Data Storage & Backup

a) Local Storage

By default, all expense and budget data is stored locally on your device.

b) Firebase Cloud Storage (Optional)

If you log in and enable cloud sync:

• Your data is securely stored in Firebase
• Data is linked to your account
• This allows backup and synchronization across devices
• Cloud sync can be disabled at any time

c) Google Backup

Android operating systems may automatically back up certain app data using Google's built-in backup system. This backup is managed entirely by Google and follows Google's own privacy and security policies.

We do not control how Google manages this backup.

5. User Control & Choices

Basic app functionality is available without login. Login is required only for cloud backup and data synchronization.

You have full control over your data:

• You can use the app without enabling cloud sync
• You can enable or disable Firebase sync at any time
• You can delete your cloud data from the app
• You can clear all local data from device settings
• You can request account deletion

Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your data, including:

• Secure authentication via Firebase
• Restricted access to user-specific data
• Industry-standard security practices

However, no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.

7. Advertising

This app displays ads served by Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service provided by Google LLC.

AdMob may collect and use certain information to serve personalized ads, including:

• Advertising ID (GAID on Android)
