1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using Monetix: Track My Spending ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. USE OF THE APP

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to transmit harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Impersonate any person or entity

3. USER ACCOUNT

Some features of the App require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. YOUR DATA

All financial data you enter into the App belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your data. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data you enter.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or financial data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable

The App is a personal finance tracking tool and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data or financial loss.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App may use third-party services such as Firebase for authentication and data storage. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, design, graphics, and code within the App are the intellectual property of the developer and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission.

9. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of significant changes within the App.
